Job brief
We are looking for a call center representative, whom we refer to as "Resolution Expert", who can motivate and guide consumers through the collections process while providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving consumers' issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. -Current Available Full Time Shifts:M-F 8:30am to 5:30pmPaid Training Program:2-week, full-time training programOffice Location:2850 Clover Street, Suite 3, Rochester, NY 14534This is an in-office rolePay:up to $22 per hour, with the potential for higher pay based on experience, skill set, and Spanish fluency.Benefits:Full medical, dental, and vision
