Analyst Lornamead is currently seeking a Senior Accounting &
Financial Analyst to join our team! The Senior Accounting and
Financial Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and
integrity of financial reporting, performing in-depth financial
analyses, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role also
manages key treasury functions to optimize liquidity, cash flow,
and working capital. The position combines accounting, financial
analysis, and treasury expertise to help drive organizational
performance and financial health. About the Company: Lornamead
Products manufactures and supplies hair care, skin care, oral care,
and bath products in America. The company also provides store brand
toothpastes, oral analgesics and teeth whitening products to Food,
Drug and Mass retailers in North America. Your Challenge:
Accounting Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and
preparation of financial statements. Ensure compliance with GAAP
and internal accounting policies. Prepare, review, and analyze
general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and income statements.
Monitor and enhance internal controls to maintain the integrity of
financial data. Support external audits by providing documentation
and analysis as needed. Assist with tax filings, compliance
reports, and other regulatory requirements. Financial Analysis &
Planning Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting,
budgeting, and scenario analysis. Analyze financial performance and
key business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Conduct variance analysis between actuals and forecasts/budgets,
providing clear explanations and recommendations. Support
leadership with data-driven insights to inform strategic
initiatives and operational decisions. Evaluate business cases,
investments, and cost-saving initiatives through ROI and
profitability analysis. Partner with cross-functional teams to
optimize financial performance and improve processes. Treasury &
Cash Management Oversee daily cash flow management, including
monitoring cash balances and forecasting short-term liquidity
needs. Manage online banking system, and creation of templates.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and reports to support investment and
financing decisions. Ensure adherence to treasury policies and
maintain strong internal controls over cash and banking activities.
Collaborate with management to optimize working capital, credit
terms, and payment cycles. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required (CPA,
CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred). 5 years of progressive experience in
accounting or financial analysis. Understanding of GAAP, financial
reporting, and cash management principles. Experience with ERP
systems (e.g., QAD) and banking platforms. Advanced Excel and
financial modeling skills; experience with Power BI or other BI
tools is a plus. Strong analytical, quantitative, and
problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and
organizational abilities. Effective communication and presentation
skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a
fast-paced environment. High integrity, discretion, and commitment
to sound financial governance.
