Job Description Anesthesiologist – Corning, NY (VISA Sponsorship
& License Reimbursement) Position Highlights: - 1:8 weekend call
schedule - Protected post-call day off - Bread & Butter cases:
Ortho, Urology, OB, and healthy Pediatric cases - No neuro,
cardiac, or vascular cases - Approx. 70% solo cases, 30%
CRNA/Resident supervision - New grads welcome – mentorship
available - J-1 Visa eligible Compensation & Benefits: Estimated
total compensation ranges from $525,000–$640,000, based on
experience Bonus Structure - - Starting/retention bonuses up to
$100K - Annual bonus incentives of $15K - Relocation support up to
$15K - Student loan repayment up to $200K - 8–10 weeks PTO
(vacation CME) - Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision,
disability, malpractice, and prescription - 403(b)/457(b)
retirement plans, HSA option - Reimbursement for licensure and DEA
fees
