Job Description:
Part-time professional position! Flexible 20-25 per week work
schedule. We're looking for an experienced office pro -- hotel,
property management, real estate industry a plus. If you are a
problem solver, clear communicator with leadership and
organizational skills, we would like to meet you. Willing to train
the right applicant. We seek someone interested in overseeing
operations and personnel of a small housing community. This is a
rewarding career direction with variety and perfect for someone
tired of sitting at a desk all day.
Responsibilities:
--- Resident relations
--- Rent collections
--- Delinquency collections and follow-up
--- Enforcing community rules
--- Leasing
--- Move-ins and move-outs
--- Showing homes to prospective tenants
--- Record all community expenses and invoices, basic bookkeeping
tasks
--- Keeping office well stocked and ordering supplies as needed
--- Maintaining office equipment
--- Oversee small maintenance staff
--- Correspond with corporate office
Qualifications:
--- Over 2 years of prior office management experience or similar
work experience in a related field
--- Basic understanding of housing and yard maintenance or
willingness to learn
--- Excellent customer service skills
--- Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and
time-management skills
--- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel
--- Valid driver's license
