Job Description:
Constellation, a leading energy company providing a diverse
range of power solutions including natural gas, renewable energy,
and energy management services, is seeking a dedicated Supervisor
Maintenance to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. This role
is centerpiece to ensuring operational excellence in our facilities
by leading maintenance efforts that support our objective to
deliver reliable and sustainable energy across multiple sectors.
The ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of
maintenance operations within utility environments, and a proactive
approach to both routine and preventative maintenance activities.
Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team
to ensure efficient operations. Implement and monitor all
maintenance strategies, including preventative and predictive
maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality,
and regulatory requirements in all areas of responsibility. Develop
and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost effectiveness and
resource optimization. Conduct regular inspections and audits of
facilities and equipment to identify areas for improvement or
repair. Provide training and support to maintenance staff, ensuring
a high level of team expertise and morale. Work closely with the
Engineering and Operations departments to coordinate maintenance
schedules and minimize downtime. Prepare and present regular
maintenance reports to senior management. Proven expertise in
maintenance management and preventive maintenance systems. Strong
leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving
and analytical skills. Familiarity with industry-standard equipment
and technical expertise. Ability to work under pressure and handle
emergency situations efficiently. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional
(CMRP) preferred. OSHA Certification in Safety Training.
