Job Description:

Constellation, a leading energy company, is seeking an experienced Supervisor Maintenance to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and compliance of our energy generation and distribution facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of equipment, managing maintenance personnel, and ensuring adherence to national and corporate standards. Oversee daily operations of maintenance staff and ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures. Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize operational efficiency and meet regulatory requirements. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to improve operational performance. Diagnose breakdown problems and work with the team to provide solutions and necessary repairs. Monitor equipment and system performance, recommending improvements or upgrades as needed. Manage budgets, forecast maintenance costs, and negotiate contracts with vendors. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure they meet specifications and safety standards. Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling Proficiency in using maintenance management software Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Strong understanding of compliance and safety regulations in the energy sector Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is preferred. OSHA Safety certification or related safety training.
