Job Description Certification Details - BLS - Professional State
Nursing License Job Details - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
position requiring EPIC experience. Job Requirements - Must have a
valid professional state nursing license (Nursys verification). -
Completion of Catholic Core Competencies and related Catholic
Health checklists and exams. - Proof of required vaccinations and
health screenings including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine
(seasonal), TB Test, Varicella, Annual TB Questionnaire,
Physical/Health Statement, and Catholic Drug Screen. - Completion
of background checks including Catholic Criminal Background Check,
National and State Sex Offender Registries, Webchecks, and other
professional verifications. Additional Details - Must have EPIC
experience.
