Job Description:
As a leading energy provider, Constellation delivers innovative
energy solutions across the U.S. We are currently seeking a
dedicated Ops Specialist / NDO to join our dynamic Network
Distribution Operations team. This role focuses on ensuring
efficient and reliable operations within our energy distribution
networks. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in optimizing our
network distribution systems to deliver uninterrupted energy
solutions to our diverse clientele across gas, oil, and electric
sectors. Monitor and analyze network distribution systems to ensure
operational efficiency and reliability. Implement and oversee
maintenance schedules to prevent disruptions and prolong the
lifespan of energy distribution equipment. Respond promptly to
distribution emergencies or service interruptions and effectively
coordinate restoration efforts. Collaborate with engineering and
technical teams to assess network loads and capacities to meet
ongoing and future energy demands. Participate in the development
and execution of strategic plans to enhance network infrastructure
in line with technological advancements and regulatory
requirements. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and
environmental policies and regulations within the network
operations. Provide technical training and support to junior staff
and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth
operations. Strong expertise in managing energy distribution
systems and utilities network. Proficiency in using distribution
management systems (DMS) and geographic information systems (GIS).
Effective problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent
communication and team coordination abilities. Ability to work
under pressure and make informed decisions in emergency situations.

Network Distribution Engineer (CNDE) is preferred. OSHA safety
certification.
