We are currently seeking a dedicated M&T Instructor I&C to join our Education and Training team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality training programs in instrumentation and control systems used within the energy sector. Our ideal candidate is passionate about advancing energy technology education, with a firm grounding in I&C applications relevant to our industry. Develop and deliver technical training materials and courses related to instrumentation and control systems for energy production and management. Collaborate with technical experts and operations staff to ensure training content accuracy and relevance. Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Evaluate training effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to improve learning outcomes. Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in energy production, particularly in gas, oil, and electric sectors. Assist in the development of training standards and protocols to enhance overall productivity and safety within the company. Profound knowledge of instrumentation and control systems in the energy sector. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs. Proficiency with computer systems and software used in training environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP) or Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) preferred. Additional certification in I&C systems is highly desirable.
