* Finding and reporting issues before, during, and at the conclusion of testing
* Develop suitable environmental testing plans and frameworks that align with our customers.
* Guiding teammates to improve designs to meet performance and environmental specifications
Minimum Qualifications--- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers, management, and peers.
* Experience with:--- Ensuring test runs and results within the given time frame.
* Developing and executing test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
* Performing qualification, performance and regression testing of various products.
* Reporting on test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders.
Preferred Requirements--- Active DoD Secret Clearance
* Experience utilizing Temperature chambers, Vibration testing equipment and other test equipment for qualification testing.
* Familiarity with Python or LabVIEW for automating testing
