Support the cooking process for a snack food manufacturer by performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

*** Perform preventable maintenance on equipment as required.

*** Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.

*** Troubleshoot PLCs and electrical power and controls.

*** Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment to detect malfunctions and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.

*** Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.

*** Repair equipment breakdowns in a timely and thorough manner.

*** Complete basic fabrication of parts as needed.

*** Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.

*** Repair and maintain facility structures.
