Job Description:

offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned RF Electrical
Engineer to join our innovative team in the Aerospace & Defense

civil security. As a Senior RF Electrical Engineer, you will play a
key role in designing and developing advanced RF systems that meet
the strategic objectives of our defense solutions. Design and
develop RF hardware components and systems for aerospace
applications, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and
integration into overall systems. Lead the testing and validation
of new RF designs and products, including troubleshooting and
performance assessment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including mechanical engineers and software developers, to ensure
system congruity and efficiency. Provide technical leadership and
guidance to junior engineers and team members. Stay up-to-date with
the latest RF technologies and industry trends relevant to the
aerospace and defense industry. Prepare technical documentation,
reports, and presentations for both internal stakeholders and
external clients. Proficient in RF design and analysis tools such
as MATLAB, HFSS, or CST Microwave Studio. Strong understanding of
RF system components, including transmitters, receivers, and
antennas. Experience with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers,
and signal generators. Excellent problem-solving skills and the
ability to work in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE)
license is preferred. Certification from the IEEE in RF Engineering
or related fields is desirable.
