Job Description:
As a global leader in defense and civil security, Saab is

people safe and secure. We are seeking a Senior RF Electrical
Engineer, based in our dynamic engineering department, to develop
and enhance radio frequency systems in our defense products. As
part of our team, you will work on cutting-edge technologies in a
collaborative environment where innovative, efficient solutions are
prized. Design, simulate, and prototype new RF components and
systems for use in military applications. Optimize the performance
of existing RF systems and assist in integrating these systems with
other electronic and mechanical systems. Conduct analysis and
testing to validate performance standards and compliance with
governmental military specifications. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to determine design requirements and ensure
that systems integration is seamless. Support the lifecycle of
product development from concept through design, testing,
debugging, and deployment. Prepare technical documents, including
product specifications, testing procedures, and system integration
manuals. Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior
engineers and team members. Strong proficiency in RF engineering
and familiar with RF simulation software such as HFSS, CST, or ADS.
Experience with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal
generators. Knowledge of EMC/EMI shielding techniques and
standards. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and
meet tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong
analytical aptitude. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certification in Project Management (PMP) is
advantageous. Relevant certifications such as Certified RF Engineer
or Microwave Engineer are highly desirable.
