Our shop is 100% Mazak-equipped, climate-controlled, and built for long-term careers in machining. We are seeking a motivated CNC Mill Set-Up Operator to join our team on day shift. What You’ll Do Set up and operate CNC milling machines for precision production Load, unload, and deburr machined parts Perform first article inspections and ensure compliance with blueprint and GD&T requirements Create and follow set-up documents for assigned jobs Select tooling from approved lists and ensure optimal performance Meet production goals in terms of quality, cycle time, and throughput Follow ISO standards and practice Lean 6S manufacturing principles Maintain a safe work environment and use proper PPE at all times What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of CNC milling experience Basic blueprint reading and inspection skills Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for long periods Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions Pay & Schedule Pay Range: $20.00 – $28.00/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Shift: Day shift in a climate-controlled shop Benefits 401(k) with company match profit sharing Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Health savings account (HSA) Paid time off & tuition reimbursement Employee referral program Why Join D.P.
