Lead and manage a team of engineers and architects on large-scale projects, ensuring quality deliverables and compliance with timelines. Coordinate multifaceted projects across various sectors including transit, healthcare, and education. Liaise with clients, contractors, and government entities, providing professional advice and ensuring all stakeholder expectations are met. Oversee the design, execution, and assessment of project work, incorporating innovative engineering solutions and sustainable practices. Maintain financial oversight over projects, effectively managing the budget and resources. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency. Proficiency in CAD and BIM software. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to solve complex engineering problems with innovative, practical solutions. In-depth understanding of construction law, contract management, and risk management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license or Registered Architect (RA) preferred. Certification in Project Management (PMP) is advantageous.
