arrive at our Rochester area (Henrietta), NY facility, review the
build package, and map out the day’s assemblies. You’ll interpret
schematics and work instructions, route cables, perform hand
soldering, and install components to bring electromechanical
systems to life. When a straightforward issue pops up, you diagnose
and fix it, keeping quality and safety top of mind. You’ll
collaborate with teammates, work under general supervision with
periodic peer review, and spend most of the shift on your feet.
About the role This is a contract opportunity through Yoh
supporting L3Harris in Henrietta, NY. You will contribute to the
assembly and testing of electromechanical systems used in
innovative projects that make a difference. What you will do
Execute electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations from
documented methods and sequences. Interpret technical
specifications, terms, drawings, and work instructions in English.
Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable
harnessing. Troubleshoot and resolve straightforward build issues.
Complete smaller and less structured tasks with general oversight
and moderate peer review. Stand for the duration of the shift and
follow all quality procedures. What you bring High School Diploma
or equivalent. 4 years of relevant experience; or an
associate’s/post-secondary degree plus 0–2 years related
experience. Ability to read/write English and interpret schematics.
Proficiency in troubleshooting skills. Schedule and pay Payrate
$17.50 - $21.25 1st Shift: Mon–Thu, 5:00am–3:30pm @ $17.50 2nd
Shift: Mon–Thu, 3:30pm–2:00am @ $19.25 3rd Shift: Fri–Sun,
6:00am–6:30pm @ $21.88 Training: Must be available for two weeks of
training, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm. Pre-employment requirement
