Responsibilities: None Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to

functions. · Follows all safety process and procedures in
accordance with the job and Company policy. · Interprets machine
operation manuals and identifies problem source. · Disassembles and
removes, repairs and/or replaces defective components on
manufacturing equipment. · Specifies and quotes replacement items
for manufacturing equipment and facilities. · Performs preventative
maintenance, including lubricating and cleaning of manufacturing
equipment. · Performs simple repairs on building and grounds
(windows, fences, doors, etc.) and plumbing. · Construct simple
facility improvement projects (door frames, shelving, partitions,
etc.). · Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. ·
Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect
malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with
supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem. or
repair machine. · Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears,
and other parts of machinery. · Installs and repairs electrical
apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and
electronic components of machinery and equipment. · Lays out,
assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related
hydraulic and pneumatic. equipment, and repairs and replaces
gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. ·
Repairs and maintains the physical structure of the establishment.
· Must possess own tools. · Installs, programs, or repairs
automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable
controllers and a firm grasp of Ladder Logic is required. · Be able
to respond to call-backs in emergency break down situations on an
as needed basis. · Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or
equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience 3-5
years related experience or training. Other Requirements Ability to
read blueprints, interpret operation manuals; understanding of
manufacturing equipment and facilities; ability to use hand and
power tools and mechanical testing equipment; welding, machining
and plumbing experience helpful. Computer Skills: Keyboarding
Language Skills: Intermediate Skills: Ability to read and interpret
documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine
reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before
groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical
Skills: Intermediate Skills: Ability to calculate figures and
amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions,
percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply
concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability:
Intermediate Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to
carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
in standardized situations. Physical Demands: The physical demands
