This position will champion the design, development, and maintenance of our energy systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards. As an Engineering Manager, you will be pivotal in driving our mission to deliver reliable and sustainable energy services, while fostering innovation and operational excellence within your team. Oversee and lead the engineering team in the planning, design, and implementation of energy projects. Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and energy compliance standards. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Lead continuous improvement efforts, applying best practices in engineering processes and technologies. Collaborate with other departments to integrate engineering solutions with business-wide strategies. Maintain safe work environments and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Report on project status and any issues to senior management regularly. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent project management and organizational abilities Proficient in the use of CAD software and engineering tools Knowledge of regulatory standards in the energy sector Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) PE License (Professional Engineer) is advantageous
