Job Description:

sustainable, innovative energy solutions. We are seeking a skilled
Programs Engineer, Mechanical, who will play a pivotal role in
developing and managing mechanical projects tailored to advance our
energy efficiency and management solutions. This role will involve
collaboration within cross-functional teams to design, implement,
and optimize mechanical systems that support our diverse energy
applications, ranging from traditional utilities to renewable
sources. The successful candidate will be responsible for
overseeing the lifecycle of projects from initial concept through
design, development, and execution, ensuring all engineering
solutions meet the stringent regulatory and company-specific
standards. Develop and manage mechanical projects from concept to
completion, ensuring alignment with strategic energy goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other
engineering disciplines and project managers, to design and
optimize energy systems. Conduct detailed mechanical system
analysis to improve functionality and efficiency. Prepare and
present detailed project reports and updates to senior management
and stakeholders. Ensure all mechanical designs and implementations
adhere to local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues related to
mechanical systems. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior
engineers and team members. Strong proficiency in mechanical design
and analysis software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
Deep understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and other key
mechanical engineering principles. Excellent analytical,
troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience with
project management tools and methodologies. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills, capable of leading cross-disciplinary
teams. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k PE
(Professional Engineer) License preferred. Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
