Job Description:
Constellation, a leading energy management company, is seeking a
skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering
team. In this pivotal role, you will design, analyze, and enhance

impact the future of energy. Design, test, and oversee the
implementation of complex electrical systems for various energy
projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to
ensure design specifications align with operational needs. Manage
the lifecycle of electrical engineering projects from concept
through delivery, including cost estimation and timeline
management. Perform detailed calculations to establish standards
and specifications. Utilize and adapt the latest technology and
methods to improve energy systems and project efficiency. Ensure
compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Mentor
junior engineers and technical staff. Profound knowledge of
electrical design systems and applications in the energy sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent
communication and project management skills. Proficiency in
industry-standard software like AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar.
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and with other
departments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k PE (Professional Engineer) License preferred.
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification a plus.
