Make sure to include both the job title and location of the job if you email me directly. *** Permanent, full time, direct hire job opportunity offering W2 annual salary with full benefits, performance bonus and relocation assistance *** Job location: must be able to work on site in Hornell, NY -- no remote work Industrial Quality Manager : - Manage the Industrial Quality Team composed of Industrial Quality Engineers, Non-conformance Technicians, Industrial Quality Inspectors to ensure the right quality level during the whole process of production / manufacturing - - Guarantee the Industrial Quality compliance of the purchased & manufactured products with customer requirements & corporate standards - Validate manufacturing control plans written in close relationship with manufacturing engineering / industrial engineering teams - Ensure that adequate documented quality processes and procedures in place - - Ensure that product, process, and supplier risk analyses are systematically performed, and mitigation plans are in place - Propose improvements and standardizations to industrial quality processes and operations - Drive continuous improvement plan to analyze and reduce the CONQ ( cost of non-quality ), NCR ( Non-Compliance Report ), improve functional standards, processes, tools and methods towards operational excellence - Lead Zero Defect Program within the factory / plant Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree ( engineering major : industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technology, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, electrical engineering technology, etc) - Strong experience in manufacturing quality / industrial quality, supplier quality assurance / supplier product quality development - Experience in managing Quality Engineering processes & operations, experience with Quality tools and problem-solving tools, Quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, etc ), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), etc - Previous experience as a quality engineer ( possibly as a supplier quality assurance engineer - SQE, SQAE / supplier product quality development engineer - SPQDE ) - Managerial / supervisory experience, leadership, and communication skills Please send me your details (resume, work authorization status, current location, availability and compensation expectations) directly to: denis.potapenko@systemone.com for an immediate consideration.
