Pharos is seeking a Vice President of Product to join our Senior Leadership Team. The Vice President of Product is responsible for bringing great products that offer our customers exceptional value to market. You and your team will cultivate a deep and intuitive understanding of the our customers and their challenges, develop creative, innovative, and technically feasible solutions to those challenges, and define how those products will be deployed. This is a leadership role reporting to the CEO, and requires at least 10 years of progressive product experience with at least five years in a senior product management role. The ideal candidate will have experience with B2B enterprise SaaS products. Pharos makes office printing more secure, cost-effective, and user-friendly while reducing its environmental impact for many of the world's largest global brands by replacing on-premises IT infrastructure with an easy-to-use SaaS solution. Expertise:?Demonstrated ability to uncover unstated customer pain points and problems, even before the customer has identified the problemProven track record of developing high return-on-investment B2B products and solutions Documented results in ensuring releases meet market needs including validating solutions with market researchAccomplished history of balancing competing priorities, making hard decisions, having conviction and a backbone, and a willingness to disagree and commit Technical acumen and proficiency in Product Engineering with an understanding of technical constraints and opportunities that allows you to balance engineering and customer-desired outcomeExperience contributing to pricing and positioning, maximizing revenue and supporting multiple sales channels Proven experience with product Launch including planning, collaboration with marketing and sales, public speaking, and effective analyst relationsDemonstrated success at building, Leading and Growing a Product TeamQualities:?Intellectual curiosity and flexibilityCareful listeningEmpathyRigorous thinkingA bias for actionDeep divingGreat communication abilities Location:?This position is eligible for remote work. Candidates in the Rochester New York area will be given preference. Selection Process: Candidates who move forward in our process after the resume evaluation will receive written interview questions.
