Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager - High Mix Low Volume
--- Experience (or equivalent) in a supervisory capacity, preferably within a manufacturing setting--- Must have scope of 300 + in facility.--- Must be able to handle stress and make quick decisions with incomplete information.--- Extensive knowledge of various manufacturing processes --- Must be able to identify, propose, implement and lead continuous improvement initiatives and teams. --- Experience with lean tools such as 5S, SMED etc.--- Come in and assess the weaker points of an operation and define change
o Develop and challenge leaders
o High mix/small volume
o Implementing automation
o Implementing New capital or technology?
o Change in supply chain efficiencies/get better reports--- Help to see where the organization is going and be more proactive versus reactive--- Look at footprint where do we need to expand or automate manufacturing and increase output efficiently.
