Let's have a conversation to see if this is the right one for you.Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Director of Investigations & Accidents will review timely completion of accident report investigation and conduct audits in various areas such as : Medication Administration, SKin Care, Significant Medical Events, ADL care, and Lab Specifen collected. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Significant Medical event Review, Skin care program, Medication administration, ADL Care, Lab Specimens and others.
