Job Description:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide patient care to long-term and post-acute care residents, directing and monitoring the care provided by CNAs and ensuring proper documentation.

DeMay Living Center is a 180-bed skilled nursing facility providing 24-hour care to people and their families in need of rehabilitative, complex post-acute, transitional, neurobehavioral and long term care.
Key responsibilities include:

• Providing patient care to long-term and post-acute care residents
  
• Directing and monitoring the care provided by CNAs
  
• Ensuring proper documentation and recording
  
• Leading and guiding CNAs to ensure success and high-quality care

    Physical requirements include:
