Rochester.About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours:
8am to 4:30pmSetting: Inpatient Mental HealthPatient Population:
GeriatricResponsibilities:Plan and conduct medically prescribed
treatment of patients with physical disabilities in a group or 1:1
settingHandle all PT screenings and evaluations, treatment team
addendumsKeep accurate and up to date progress notes, discharge
summaries, ISR comments, etc.Attend morning report and treatment
plan meetingsHandle other duties, as neededQualifications:1+ year
of Physical Therapy experience in a Clinical settingActive NYS
Physical Therapist (PT) licenseDesired Skills:Experience with PT
Disabilities, Fall Prevention, and Geriatric Careby Jobble
