A health services network in Upstate New York is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join their growing team at one of their facilities in Syracuse.About the OpportunityOn Site, Hybrid, Remote: on siteShift: 8am-4:30pmSchedule: Full time - 5 shifts per weekSetting: OutpatientResponsibilities included but not limited to are:Will administer evaluations, diagnose speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing disordersEstablish and provide treatment programs for individuals with deficits in speech, language, cognitive, voice and/or swallowing disorders; schedules patients to receive evaluation and treatments based on patient needsProvide education to patients, families and staff regarding disorders of speech, language, cognition, voice and/or swallowingParticipate in program development for the speech therapy discipline, PM&R department and Service LinePrepare reports and communicate with referral sources and treatment agenciesParticipate in community programs.Requirements:Active New York State Speech Language Pathologist licenseMaster's Degree in Speech PathologyClinical certification in Speech Pathology (or its equivalent) and completion of clinical fellowship year required.Outpatient experiencePreferred:Experience working with the EPIC EMR systemby Jobble
