We take care of you, so you can take care of others.VHS is looking for a qualified Speech Language Pathologist - Pathology.City: SyracuseState: NYStart Date: 2025-02-10End Date: 2025-05-12Duration: 13 WeeksShift: 8 Hours Day shiftDescription: Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech Pathology NYS licensure clinical certification in Speech Pathology or itsnequivalent and completion of clinical fellowship year required. Must successfully pass pre-employmentnhealth clearance.nDuties: Will administer evaluations diagnose speech language cognition communication and swallowingndisorders establish and provide treatment programs for individuals with deficits in speech languagencognitive voice and/or swallowing disorders schedules patients to receive evaluation and treatmentsnbased on patient needs provide education to patients families and staff regarding disorders of speechnlanguage cognition voice and/or swallowing participate in program development for the speechntherapy discipline PMR department and Service Line prepare reports and conununicate with referralnsources and treatment agencies participate in community programs.Notes: Speech Language PathologistnnShift: 8:00a - 4:30p holidays and 1 weekend every other month.nnLooking for outpatient experience.W2 Pay Rate: $52.78 *Travel candidates only (50 miles or more from facility)Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.At VieMed, Live Your Life isn't just a company tagline.
