Job Description:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for full-time or per diem
roles with a $9,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities involve conducting patient assessments, developing
therapy plans with goals and discharge strategies, documenting
progress, and coordinating care with the healthcare team.
Supervise physical therapy assistants and educate patients and
families on treatment and equipment needs.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program,
licensure in Massachusetts, current CPR, reliable transportation,
and preferred home care experience.
