Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Home Health RN, 7/On is responsible for the nightly/weekend calls dispatched from the answering service during those hours other than normal working hours. The Home Health RN, 7/On work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.The Home Health RN, 7/On will discuss patient needs and expectations with patient and family and/or physician, responsible for assuring compliance to regulatory standards and policies and procedures as well as the coordination of care and supervision of the patient care. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, andrequires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Use your skills to make an impact Typically requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent and less than 5 years of technical experience; RN Licensure requiredScheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
