Facility:*168 bed facility, 4 unitsThe facility has a mix of long
term , short term and dementia .No trachs or ventsAcuity level
depends on admissions and the current resident medical status .Head
to toe assessment , ER transfers in collaboration with medical
providers , admission and order second checks.Point click Care
