You’ll ensure surgical environments are sterile, patients are properly prepped, and surgical teams have the support they need for successful operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in surgical procedures as a scrub or circulating nurse - Prepare and maintain a sterile operating environment - Monitor patients during surgery and respond to any emergencies - Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs - Document all intraoperative care and maintain accurate records - Ensure equipment and instruments are properly sterilized and available Requirements: - Active RN license (Compact license preferred) - BLS and ACLS certifications required - CNOR certification preferred - Minimum 1–2 years of recent Operating Room experience - Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical safety protocols - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly in fast-paced settings At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
