Job Description GQR Healthcare is seeking a CRNA Anesthesia for a local contract job in Batavia, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Anesthesia - Discipline: CRNA - Duration: 26 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract We have had a couple of candidates work here and they've enjoyed it. It is an all CRNA practice, relatively low stress and a good culture. Facility Details Location: Upstate, NY - 30 minutes to Rochester, 30 minutes to Buffalo Size: 131 beds Trauma Level: non designated ORs: 6 Job Details: Start date: as soon as credentialed (60 days) LOA: 3 - 6 months Schedule: 4x10’s or 5x8’s Need: full time, 3 - 4 weeks Call: one weekday call, one weekend day call, first second, 20-minute response time, housing available if needed for call. OT: nonscheduled but may run into OT if cases run over Travel: facility takes care of travel, no stipends EMR: EPIC Expectations: Patient Population: adults and healthy peds Patient Volume: case load typically 14/day. 4-5 general surgery/ortho, 6-8 urology, up to 12 endo Types of Cases: bread and butter, healthy peds/peds dentistry, OB epidurals required, no heads/hearts/trauma Direction: no medical direction, all CRNA group Travel: $1,200 stipend/ week and $500 flight stipend. 230/hour Upstate NY. Flex Scheduling. All CRNA Practice License: NY license in hand highly preferred, not necessary though Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NY state infection control Credentialing timeline: 60-75 days Temps avail: yes Interview Process: Name clear (48 hours), submittal requires CV and NPDB, virtual interview with administrator and 2 CRNAS from the group. Total process about 1-1.5 weeks CRNA needed in Upstate NY for All CRNA Practice/n$1,700 stipend/ week. /n250/hour.
