Job Description $200K Loan Repayment or $100K Starting Bonus, Practice Variability, and 280 Hours PTO Highlights of the Position - Shared staffing at - Guthrie Troy Community Hospital - Low volume, low acuity Level IV Trauma Center and Critical Access Hospital averaging 8,000 visits annually - Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Towanda Campus - Low volume, low acuity Community Hospital with an average of 9,500 visits per year - Guthrie Corning Hospital - Level III Trauma Center with an average of 35,000 visits each year - Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital - Level I Trauma Center averaging 37,000 visits annually - On-site helipad allows for efficient and timely transport of patients in and out of our facilities - Epic EMR is fully integrated throughout Guthrie's network - 16 consult services available through Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital - Tele-neurology coverage available at all sites - 24-hour OB coverage - 24-hour Radiology reads - Protected admin time Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits - $100,000 starting bonus or $200k loan repayment options - 280 hours of PTO - Affordable living in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region - Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription, life and disability insurance - Malpractice insurance, including tail coverage - 403(b) and 457(b) Retirement Savings Plan - Allowance for primary licensure fees, DEA fees, and renewals - $10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis Career Development - 14 days CME time available; 1 week is convertible to additional PTO at your discretion - Annual CME allowance - Teaching opportunities with Guthrie's residency and fellowship programs offer the opportunity for clinical academic appointments.
