Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 2 years License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have: - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing - Successful completion and passing grade on the final exam of the peri-operative education program is mandatory and a condition of employment - Minimum one year medical/surgical experience preferred - Knowledge in the use of clinical equipment and instrumentation in providing a safe environment in an operating room setting - Lethal dysrhythmia interpretation skills Description: The registered nurse is responsible for providing quality patient care in the operating room.
