Registered Nurse (RN) | Interventional Radiology Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,026 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Level 3 RN Diagnostic Imaging Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Shift Schedule Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years of Registered Interventional Radiology Nursing experience required License: New York RN License required Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association) required Must-Have: Telemetry Experience required Description: This is a fast-paced pre and post interventional radiology department in a trauma center. We cater to inpatient and outpatient populations across the lifespan. Nurses work within a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for the pre-procedural preparation of patients and post-procedural recovery and overnight observation care. Experience with gastrointestinal post-procedural care is preferred but not required. This is an exciting opportunity for nurses who want to work in the high-energy environment of Diagnostic Imaging. We specialize in providing care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRIs, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-rays, and ultrasound. Good communication skills, as well as the ability to critically think, are essential. If you are team-oriented, enthusiastic, flexible, and organized, we invite you to join our team. Nurses will be responsible for pre and post care as well as 23-hour care for interventional radiology patients. Care will also be provided for patients boarding overnight pre or post procedure.
