Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting Required Duties:
Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes Will Reimburse Flight,
Hotel, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard ., Rental Car Either
mileage or flight is reimbursed, hotel would be capped.
