Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Travel Contract) Start Date: December 8, 2025 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4x12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Openings: 1 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. This role is ideal for a confident, adaptable nurse with strong clinical skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment caring for patients of all ages and acuity levels. As part of a collaborative, high-functioning emergency department team, you’ll provide exceptional patient care while utilizing your expertise in critical thinking, assessment, and rapid response. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to neonate through geriatric patients. Perform triage, stabilization, and ongoing assessment for patients with varying levels of acuity. Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions as indicated. Manage patients requiring continuous IV sedation, vasopressors, or paralytics. Perform and interpret 12-lead ECGs, manage cardiac dysrhythmias, and assist in procedural sedations. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Document all assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the EPIC charting system.
