Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical Intensive Care Unit Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,914 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/17/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Medical ICU Registered Nurse – New York Start Date: February 17, 2026 Location: Rochester, New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 4x12 Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), Every Other Weekend Required Highlights: 16-bed MICU with complex, high-acuity patient population including sepsis, ARDS, cardiac arrest with targeted temperature management, and multi-organ failure Advanced technology experience including CRRT, ECMO, Impella, IABP, and EKOS Epic charting system utilized facility-wide Patient ratio of 1:2, with occasional 1:1 assignments based on patient acuity 36-hour orientation to ensure successful integration into the unit Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and more Requirements: Active New York RN license in hand prior to submission (required) Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience Epic charting experience (required) Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications Strong clinical skills including dysrhythmia interpretation and management, arterial line and central line management, ventilator care, ABG interpretation, and titration of vasoactive and cardiac drips Experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, continuous IV sedation, and isolation precautions Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location Willingness to float as needed within scope of practice Why It's a Great Opportunity: This Medical ICU position offers the chance to work with a diverse, critically ill patient population while utilizing cutting-edge life-support technologies including ECMO, Impella, and CRRT.
