Must-Have: - EPIC charting experience - Cardiac monitoring and
emergency response skills - IV therapy/phlebotomy experience -
Nasal cannula and oxygen administration expertise - Ability to
manage isolation precautions - Experience with dysrhythmias
interpretation and management Description: We are seeking a
Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. The
position involves working night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. This is a
13-week contract with a requirement to work every other weekend and
holiday if needed. The patient ratio will generally be 1:5 to 1:7.
Candidates must have experience with cardiac monitoring and
emergency response, including rapid response and code team
activation. Responsibilities include IV therapy, phlebotomy, and
management of peripheral lines. You will also be expected to
administer oxygen and manage patients with non-invasive airway
needs. The nurse will float within their skill set to other units
as needed. Wearing navy blue and white scrub colors is expected.
Candidates must have EPIC experience as a hard requirement. The
ability to perform within an interdisciplinary team is essential.
