Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Level III for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Observation Unit /n/n Job Details: /n • Work days, evenings, nights, or rotating shift schedules as needed /n• On-call and call-back responsibilities required /n• Charge nurse duties included /n• Holiday and weekend shifts as needed /n• Care for adult patients in a fast-paced observation unit environment /n• Manage 20 to 27 patient turnovers per day with average length of stay of 27 hours /n• Provide care for diverse adult population including emergency observation and admitted boarding patients /n• Monitor patients to determine if admission is necessary or if safe discharge is appropriate /n• Work with 24/7 provider coverage support /n• Two years of Med/Surg experience required /n• Telemetry experience required /n• New York RN license required /n• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (AHA) /n• NIHSS certification preferred /n/n Facility: /n This major academic medical center operates a high-volume observation unit that serves as a critical component of patient care delivery.
