Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,204 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/3/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN – New York Start Date: March 3, 2026 Location: Rochester, New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12 Night shifts, every other weekend required, holiday availability expected Highlights: 26-bed cardiac telemetry unit caring for CHF patients, acute MIs, post-pacemaker placement, and arrhythmia management Patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:7 on Medical-Surgical unit 528-bed tertiary care hospital with Epic charting system Responsibilities include cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV therapy, and respiratory support Floating to other units required as needed Travel nurses welcome; first-time travelers accepted Requirements: Active New York RN license in hand prior to submission (no exceptions) Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience ACLS and BLS certifications current and required Epic charting system experience required Competency in dysrhythmia interpretation and management, Rapid Response/Code team protocols Proficiency with peripheral line care, oxygen delivery systems, and isolation precautions Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to develop advanced cardiac care skills in a well-established tertiary care environment.
