Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: New York license required Certifications: BLS required, CNOR preferred Must-Have: EPIC charting system experience Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in the Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in various surgical procedures. Experience in ortho-total joint, neuro, GYN/urology, vascular, and thoracic is required. Candidates must be proficient in both scrub and circulating roles. The nurse will manage a variety of cases, including gastric bypass, laparoscopic procedures, and thoracic surgeries. Experience with the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System is highly desirable. Candidates should be comfortable handling complex cases and able to respond to emergencies effectively. Familiarity with infection control, safety protocols, and universal safety procedures is essential. The position may require call coverage. Candidates must demonstrate interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
