NICU expertise awaits in Auburn, NY. This position offers a 16-week
contract working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, providing
specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns. Candidates
will have the chance to apply their skills in a supportive
environment along with cutting-edge equipment. Responsibilities
include delivering high-quality nursing care to NICU patients,
performing thorough assessments, administering prescribed
medications and treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare
team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Accurate
documentation using EPIC is essential to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Active and clear RN
license - Minimum of 2 years NICU nursing experience - Current
certifications in BLS, PALS, and NRP - Familiarity with EPIC
charting system - Ability to work independently and prioritize
patient safety Schedule/Hours: - 36 hours per week Benefits and
