with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
Rochester, New York, 14621! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:
Nursing Specialty: MedSurg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day
Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 year License: New York license
required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Must have New
York license in hand. Candidates within a 75-mile radius of the
facility not accepted. EPIC charting experience required.
Description: This position involves caring for acute stroke
patients and other neurological disorders. The unit focuses on
providing evidenced-based care during stroke prevention and acute
care phases. Patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5 to 1:7. Responsibilities
include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Experience
with rapid response and code teams is essential. Competence in IV
therapy and phlebotomy is required. Familiarity with oxygen
administration and non-invasive airway management is necessary.
Knowledge of isolation precautions is important. Wound care
