Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW), you will assess, diagnose, and treat
mental, behavioral, and emotional issues through therapy and
support, while advocating for clients and coordinating resources
within the community. Social Worker - Clinical LMSW / LCSW Pay
Rate: $65 625-88 442 Opportunity for a Clinical Therapist with LMSW

Time. Day or Evening. Location: Penn Yan, NY (NYS Beautiful Finger
Lakes Region) Overview: Must be licensed. Must have experience
working as a therapist in an outpatient mental/behavioral health.
Therapists work with ages 5 and up. LMSW hourly rate based on
experience: $36.20 - $40.49. LCSW hourly rate based on experience:
$31.55 - $42.52. Education: Minimum: Master’s degree in Mental
Health, Social Work, or Nursing, Master’s Degree in Art Therapy,
Masters in Psychology. Preferred: PhD. License: License: New York
State Mental Health Counselor License, Social Work License to
practice in NYS or New York State Nurse's License or License in
Creative Arts Therapy; NYS Drivers license clear of violations
consistent with health organization policy. Certification: BLS
required through the RQI system during clinical orientation. CPI
certification within 90 days of hire. Experience: Minimum: 1 Year
experience in a mental health or hospital setting. Preferred: 3
years of experience in a mental health setting. Position Summary:
The Clinical Primary Therapist works with clients, either
individually or in groups, to address mental health concerns. The
Clinical Primary Therapist applies knowledge and skill to assist
clients in recovery and illness management. The Primary Therapist
is responsible to establish the boundaries of therapy including a
comfortable safe environment, caring therapeutic culture and
foundation for client / family engagement in recovery and
behavioral management. The Primary Therapist completes a
comprehensive assessment gathering data and information resulting
in clinical formulation as the framework for development of the
treatment plan. In collaboration with the client / family the
Therapist establishes goals for treatment and identifies the
interventions to promote goal achievement. The Clinical Primary
Therapist is responsible for timely accurate documentation in the
client’s medical record, coordination of care with colleagues in
the clinic and colleagues throughout the continuum to secure the
appropriate treatment resources to promote client health. The
Clinical Primary Therapist participates in the on call rotation to
the Emergency Departments to provide mental health crisis
evaluations. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Healing
Environment principles of being professional, communicating
effectively and attending to the environment. This is evidenced by
work behavior which ensures safety, promotes dignity, respect, well
being, and exemplifies healthy relationships. Qualifications
Education: Minimum: Master’s degree in Mental Health, Social Work,
or Nursing, Master’s Degree in Art Therapy, Masters in Psychology.
License: License: New York State Mental Health Counselor License,
