career goals. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated
Registered Nurse with specialized Neuro Intensive Care Unit
experience to join a dynamic team at a premier healthcare facility
in Syracuse. This role is critical in providing high-acuity care to
neurology and neurosurgery patients in a Level 1 Trauma Center

in a specialized and challenging field. Qualifications: Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Licensure: Current New
York State RN License. Current BLS Certification. Experience:
Minimum 2 years of recent acute care hospital experience. At least
1 year of specific Neuro ICU experience. Experience in a Level 1
Trauma Center is strongly preferred. Technical Skills: Prior
experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records is preferred. Soft
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to critically ill
neurological and neurosurgical patients. Monitor and interpret
complex patient data, including neurological assessments. Operate
specialized ICU equipment. Collaborate effectively with a
multidisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, and other
nurses. Administer medications, implement treatment plans, and
provide patient/family education. Maintain accurate and timely
