Job Description Job Description 03/16/2026 – 06/20/2026 36 hours week- 3x12-hour shifts (day or night) EOW, holiday rotations | Radius Rule: 50 miles Gross weekly Up to $ 2020 Requirements: Current NYS RN license BLS and ACLS (AHA or RQI) required NIHSS certification required Minimum experience in Med/Surg nursing preferred Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients with medical conditions Assess patient and family needs, develop individualized plans of care, and adjust based on patient response Administer medications and interventions accurately Educate patients and families on self-care and lifestyle changes to support recovery Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and monitor progress Maintain infection prevention standards and ensure patient safety Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and education Promote a Healing Environment through compassionate, patient-centered care Additional: Fast-paced Med/Surg unit with high patient turnover Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and body fluids is expected
