A minimum of one year of experience in a medical-surgical nursing role is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams. BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
