Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Watertown, NY Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,380 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Watertown, New York, 13601! Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical Telemetry Float RN – New York Start Date: March 16, 2026 Location: Watertown, New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a), weekend, holiday, and call coverage required Highlights: 13-week assignment with float coverage across Medical/Surgical units, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and acute inpatient rehabilitation (ortho/neuro) Patient ratio of 1:5-6 with varied case mix including sepsis, COPD, CHF, post-op surgical patients, general med/surg, and post-op plastics Experience with heparin drips, magnesium and potassium riders required Meditech EMR system in use Progressive Care Unit experience highly preferred May assume charge nurse duties as needed Requirements: Current New York RN license required BLS and ACLS certifications required Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing At least one successful travel assignment completed (first-time travelers will not be considered) Meditech experience required Strong leadership, prioritization, and delegation skills Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to function effectively in high-stress situations with strong problem-solving abilities Thorough knowledge of nursing principles and quality patient care assessment Must be able to safely assess and implement patient lifts and transfers Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role offers experienced travel nurses the chance to expand their clinical versatility across multiple specialty units while caring for a diverse patient population.
